Bobby Brown, a Fayetteville native serves as the owner and president of Brown Property Group, a property management company in Fayetteville, NC.

Bobby graduated from East Carolina University and later became a graduate of Appalachian State University where he received his Master’s of Business Administration. After school, Bobby worked as a new home sales consultant and property manager in the Fayetteville area.

With over 10 years of experience as a North Carolina licensed real estate agent, Bobby eventually founded his company, Brown Property Group. Bobby found professional success by providing homeowners with superior customer service through high quality communication methods.

Brown Property Group has become one of the highest rated property management companies in Fayetteville and continues to improve and innovate to provide the best property management experience for all property owners. A Fayetteville resident for over 30 years, Bobby is an enthusiastic member of the community and enjoys golf, fishing and spending time with family.

Pamela Wiggs “Pam”, a Fayetteville native brings many years of property management experience to Brown Property Group. She began her career in 2006 as a multi-family assistant manager of a local community in Fayetteville. Pam currently serves as the Operations Manager at Brown Property Group. Her experience allows her to understand the importance of keeping your investment in top condition while continually keeping you updated about your property. Pam is proud of her community and continues to serve its members through an honest and hardworking approach to property management.

In her free time Pam loves going to the beach and spending time with her family. A fun fact about Pam, she has driven across the continental United States.

Maggie is a native of Huntsville, AL where she began her career in fashion retail. During her time in retail, she held multiple management positions at several national high-end fashion retailers. She has a strong track record of excellent customer service and clients enjoy her personable and approachable manner. As a military spouse, Maggie is proud to be helping the Fort Liberty community through her position. She is excited to be working with new and current investors in the Fayetteville area and can't wait to connect with you!

Outside of the office, she enjoys teaching dance, painting, and spending time with her family. A fun fact about Maggie, she was featured on So You Think You Can Dance.

Alexandria Bunce, also known as Alex, is a native of Cumberland County. She holds degrees in Animal Science and Agribusiness from Sampson Community College and is a licensed North Carolina Realtor. Through her family business, Alex has extensive experience in property management. She is the Senior Property Manager as well as a Realtor at Brown Property Group. Alex is committed to taking care of your property as if it were her own. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and taking her dog, Chad Michael Murray, to the beach.

Danielle, from Hope Mills, NC brings over 11 years of industry experience to every client transaction. As a proud parent of four and a doting grandparent, Danielle understands the importance of finding a place that feels like home. When Danielle is not helping clients achieve their real estate dreams, you'll likely find her embarking on road trips, experimenting with new baking recipes, or planning my next magical adventure to Disneyworld. Danielle's mission is to make your real estate experience as warm and welcoming as possible.

Mikayla serves as the Maintenance Coordinator at Brown Property Group with over 6 years of experience in the property management field. As a proud native of Fayetteville, Mikayla began her career as a property manager in nearby Lillington, where she quickly developed a deep understanding of the importance of maintaining property investments.

At Brown Property Group, Mikayla prioritizes open communication with investors and residents, ensuring their needs are met and their properties are well cared for. Her commitment to this industry reflects her passion for our community and her dedication to her role as maintenance coordinator.

Outside of work, Mikayla enjoys fishing, riding four-wheelers, and spending quality time with her loved ones. A fun fact about her: As a little girl fishing with her dad, she once caught an 8-pound bass using 5-pound test line.
